Online store terms

Products and materials

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Polished and gold-toned metal in particular photographs differently depending on lighting.

Measurements are taken by hand and may vary by 1–2 mm between individual pieces.

Gold plating is a surface finish, not solid gold. Where a piece is described as gold plated, the base metal is stainless steel. Where a piece is described as containing simulated pearl or cubic zirconia, those stones are man-made and are not natural pearl or diamond.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders where a product was listed at an incorrect price.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we change or cancel an order, we'll notify you at the email address provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Shipping, refunds and cancellations

Shipping, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms of Service.
